Law Firm Associate Immigration Attorney Law Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to work on family-based and removal immigration cases. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience as an Immigration Attorney and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Job Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage family-based immigration and removal defense cases under supervision of Partners * Prepare and file family based permanent residency applications (Immediate Relative, Preference Relative, VAWA/Widower based I-130 and I-360 petitions) * Consular Processing of immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications with U.S. State Department * Prepare and file responses to USCIS requests for evidence * Represent clients in immigration removal proceedings before EOIR on applications for asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status and waiver cases * Manage client communication; attend client meetings; conduct employment-based consultation meetings with Employers and Employees Requirements: * Juris Doctor Degree from accredited law school * Admission to Colorado or other State Bar * 1-2 years of experience as an Immigration Attorney * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Strong analytical, organizational, and case management skills * Strong research, writing, organizational and client service skills Salary Range: Law Firm offers a competitive salary range of $65k - $80k (depending on education/experience) and comprehensive benefits, including health/dental/vision benefits, 401K matching, short-term disability, paid vacation, sick and holiday leave, additional PTO, AILA membership and bar association dues.
