Law Firm Pre-Litigation Paralegal Law Firm is seeking a full-time, Pre-litigation Paralegal to join the team in our Fredericksburg, VA office. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of a case including, but not limited to, primary contact for all involved parties, use of case management system, request and evaluation of medical and investigation records, and preparation of court and settlement documents. Job Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of a case, including primary contact for all involved parties Use of case management system Request and evaluation of medical and investigation records Preparation of court and settlement documents Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail Exceptional problem solving skills Ability to work independently, be a team player, and strong individual contributor Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage, and meet deadlines Strong computer skills Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and case management software Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently is a plus, but not required Position Requirements: At least 1-3 years of experience as a Paralegal in a personal injury firm or law firm is preferred, but not required A Bachelor's Degree and/or the successful completion of an accredited paralegal program is a plus, but not required Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire.
