Foreclosure Paralegal Duties: Prepare correspondence and pleadings for review by the attorney. Prepare service completion, entry of judgment, and sale-related documentation. Communicate with client in the respective client system. Prepare for hearings. Efiling. Communicate with opposing counsel and the court. Calendar court and discovery deadlines. Demonstrate proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, I-Manage. Experience and knowledge as to the New Mexico residential foreclosure process. Demonstrate proficiency in document management and time entry systems.
Qualifications: 4+ years' of foreclosure experience required. Experience with BKFS and Tempo, required. Bilingual with the ability to read and write in Spanish preferred. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Demonstrate exceptional organizational and file management skills. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Excellent proofreading skills. Capable of handling confidential client information in a professional and trustworthy manner. Ability to remain flexible and manage changing priorities, including availability for overtime when needed. Professionalism, good judgment, and the ability to manage in high-pressure situations. Strong willingness to learn and the ability to interpret and follow instructions quickly and efficiently.
