Creditors' Rights Paralegal Responsibilities: Assisting attorneys in resolving foreclosure, collection, bankruptcy, workout and related Creditors' Rights matters; drafting correspondence and legal documents, docketing of all aspects of same; conferring with all parties involved; keeping schedules; maintaining electronic and physical files; monitoring progress; and following up to ensure all required actions are completed. All paralegal functions are performed under the supervision of an attorney and paralegal supervisor. Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Technology is preferred. Should have 2+ years' experience in handling all aspects of foreclosures and collections. Real estate experience, particularly title work, may suffice as a substitute. Should be multi-task oriented, well organized, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to function well in a fast-paced environment.
