Trademark Paralegal The candidate will be performing preliminary trademark searches. Will be preparing trademark applications with the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Draft related legal correspondence. Assist with due diligence. Maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Providing exceptional customer service. Should have experience performing trademark searches. Must have experience preparing and handling trademark applications with the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Experience assisting attorneys with due diligence is required. Experience working with technology companies is a plus. Should have 5+ years of experience.
