Closing Disclosure statement, balancing closing disclosure statements, clearing title issues, preparing closing document packages, preparing CEMAS, 255 affidavits, Ucc-1 filings, post closing loan packages to banks, refis, purchases, co-ops, condos, single family homes, all steps in closing bank mortgages. Notary helpful. Conducting closings helpful. Familiarity with Wells Fargo loans a plus. Must be computer savvy with Microsoft office and Adobe. Heavy emails daily and client responses required. Familiarity with title bill and title clearance issues required.
