Corporate/Transactional Paralegal The candidate must have 3 years of prior corporate and transactional paralegal experience (in either a law firm or corporation), including experience with M&A transactions, real estate law and/or financial transaction law, and a degree from a four-year undergraduate institution or a paralegal certificate. Experience with Idaho and Delaware corporate law is also helpful. Must have expertise in MSWord and Outlook.
