Mid-Level Transactional Attorney The candidate should have 3 years of transactional experience to manage complex deals from start to finish. Should preferably have strong commitment to customer service and a desire to mentor others and be mentored. Desirable experience includes: commercial real estate purchase/sale/lease transactions, corporate succession planning, introduction to M/A, stock sales, asset purchase agreements, due diligence, and client counseling. Experience in health care-related transactions is a plus. Must be an active member of the California State Bar.
