Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have at least two years of paralegal experience in litigation and some experience and a willingness to learn other practice areas such as real estate, probate, estate planning and trusts, and small business law. Applicants should have great attention to detail, complete computer literacy, well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to manage a varied workload and exercise good judgment in adjusting priorities, strong organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines, and the flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team to serve the needs of a diverse range of clients.
