Attorney- Part Time The candidate will work for transactional law practice group. Must demonstrate the ability to learn and advise on different areas of law and must possess excellent communication skills to be successful in this client-facing role. Provide superior customer service. Ability to handle high volume of telephone consultation on a variety of legal matters. Review of contracts and other legal documents. Communicate and/or draft correspondence to third parties to assist in dispute resolution. Meet daily quotas and compliance requirements, as well as adhere to policies. should be member in good standing of the SC Bar for a minimum of 2 years. No history of bar discipline in any jurisdiction is required.
