Legal Secretary (Litigation) The candidate will be responsible for all aspects associated with Litigation Legal Secretary in a smaller firm. Will report directly to 2 of the Partners, but will be responsible for interacting and handling the work load for all of the partners in the firm as needed. Will share this work load with the 2 existing long term secretaries already at the firm. 10 years of experience as a Litigation legal secretary is a must. Must have a strong Litigation background and computer skills that match (We use primarily Word, Excel, Timeslips, Quickbooks, and Legal Solutions). Requires a professional presence and the ability to interact successfully with all levels of staff and clientele. Schedule: 4+ day work week+ 1 day (4 hours)
