Real Estate/Transactional Paralegal The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Should have paralegal certification. Should have 2+ years of work experience as a real estate paralegal - banking/loan transactional experience is preferred. Should be licensed title agent. Should be well-organized, personable and confident. Should have efficient communication and computer skills, pay attention to detail and be able to multi-task. Should be experienced in residential and commercial real estate closings to include preparation of closing documents, review of due diligence and follow-up, experienced in title insurance.
