Plaintiff Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: Draft of substantive Pleadings and Motions. Respond to Motions. Hearings. Depositions. Mediation. Negotiate Settlements. Should have 5+ years of litigation experience. Should have 2+ years of recent experience litigating Plaintiff property insurance claims. Currently practicing in this area of Plaintiff ( not defense) property insurance & has a current caseload of at least 100 active files. Florida State Bar required.
