Attorney The candidate will meet with clients to discuss their cases, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. Provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands and offers. Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing is needed. Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc. is needed. Superb negotiation skills are needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Should be team-oriented.
