Paralegal - Personal Injury The Candidate will be responsible to communication between client, case manager & attorney. Must gather, analyze & research information & documents and maintain a high-volume caseload. Communicate with insurance adjusters & collaborate with Claims Manager & Attorney. Gather related medical records and bills; monitor and assist in medical bill and lien reductions. Monitoring cases regarding medical treatments & client injury progression. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and communicate effectively. Frequent use of Outlook, Word Perfect, and Time Matters case management software.
