Medical Malpractice paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate should have 5+ years personal injury litigation legal assistant/paralegal, with medical malpractice experience preferred. Should know Word and Excel. Should have experience in formatting and filing (including electronic filing) pleadings in all Maryland counties and federal courts. Job responsibilities include significant typing from dictation, drafting discovery and pleadings, client contact, scheduling, and medical record and bill ordering and organization.
