Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will provide legal representation to Fortune 500 clients before courts in all aspects of litigation. Manage docket and handle cases from beginning to end, which will include preparing pleadings, arguing motions, taking depositions, attending mediations, and trying cases. Must have good people skills and strong communication skills, Work closely with clients and claims teams to ensure the client is fully informed. Must be Juris Doctorate and should have 1-3 years of legal experience. Preferably have Deposition and trial experience. The candidate should have strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to manage support staff, strong analytical skills, and be attentive to detail.
