Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in litigation and licensed to practice in the State of Texas. Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry is a plus. Must have working knowledge of court procedures with an awareness and diligence about keeping deadlines. Organizational skills are a must, as are good writing skills. Attorney will draft numerous documents of varying types and should be familiar with essentials of the types of documents used in litigation matters.
