Associate Attorney - Bankruptcy The candidate will represent creditors at hearings throughout Ohio. Handle large caseload. Draft motions, briefs and other legal documents. JD degreed is essential. Must be admitted to practice law in Ohio (KY, WV, and IN licenses are a plus). Admission to practice in federal district courts (Northern or Southern Ohio) is a plus. 1+ year of experience as a law clerk or an attorney in a similar practice preferred. Bankruptcy experience is a plus.
