Associate Attorney The candidate will manage litigated cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients handling discovery, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, conducting mediations, setting claims and handling trials. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. Responsibilities: All aspects of litigation, written discovery, depositions, mediations, motions. Maintain client relationships; Prepare reports to clients and law and motion. Should have Active California State Bar license. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
