Senior Immigration Attorney The candidate will manage complex immigration cases, supervise supporting staff and contractor attorneys, and work closely with the Owner on various administrative matters. Should have 5+ years of experience as an Immigration Attorney (family-based). New York bar license required. Should have 1+ year of supervisory experience. Must have experience preparing family-based applications, waivers, appeals, consular processing, and motions to reopen. Should have strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Must have strong writing skills. Should have experience with cloud-based practice management software.
