Immigration Attorney The candidate work with Asylum, cancellation of removal, family-based petitions, U-Visa, waivers, bond motions, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status experience to join its team and assume a major role in the firms expanding business immigration practice. Will represent clients in Asylum office and immigration court. Should have Juris Doctor. Must be licensed to practice law in Louisiana and in good standing. Must have 2+ years of experience in immigration law.
