Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will litigate cases for maximum settlement judgments. Take and defend depositions. Attend mediations, hearings, and trials as needed. Maintain heavy communication with clients, opposing counsel and adjusters. Negotiate settlements as needed, outside of mediation and trial. Meet monthly established goals and metrics. Manage performance issues that fall below standards. Must have an active TX Bar license. JD required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury as an attorney required. Minimum of 2 years of experience managing staff required. Excellent customer service skills required. Spanish preferred.
