Case Manager, Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for providing complex and administrative support to non-physician experts in insurance defense, personal injury and complex liability litigation. Will be responsible for maintaining the caseloads, coordinating travel, scheduling appointments, depositions, trial manuals and trial testimonies. Will also have extensive contact via emails, telephone and/or in person with claims adjuster and clients. The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in insurance defense and trial preparation. Prior work experience in personal injury legal environment (i.e. paralegal, legal assistant, litigation support trial specialist) required. Significant trial experience and participated in court trials is needed. Demonstrate exceptional computer skills and software application proficiency is essential. Should be familiar with entering time (billing). Basic knowledge of medical terminology is required.
