Family Law Attorney The candidate will participate in initial consultations. Manage a reasonable volume caseload and assigned staff. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts. Draft pleadings, orders, and documents required to conduct an effective case result. Record case progress through defined processes outlined by the firm. Review, analyze, and organize documents in preparation for hearings, trials, and meetings. Perform legal research. Attend and represent clients in court for hearings, trials, and mediations. Meet with supervising attorneys to share information, and discuss case strategy and plan of action. Proficiently use programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and CLIO. Participate in marketing activities to promote the law firms. Provide support and guidance to the team. Must have an Active Member of the Texas State Bar, in good standing. Should preferably have 3 years of relevant experience. Family law and/or trial experience. Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
