Associate Attorney The candidate will work for the probate law firm. Should be good writer and feel confident handling court hearings. Previous probate experience required. Will draft and respond to a number of different legal documents, including but not limited to, petitions, complaints, motions, discovery requests, etc. Also attend court hearings. It is extremely important to have good communication skills as the Associate Attorney will be communicating with clients one-on-one.
