Planning Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years of Estate Planning paralegal experience (preferred in Trust-Based Planning) OR have a bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or paralegal certification. Must be able to maintain and organize a high volume caseload and manage files for attorneys. Should be comfortable working with legal software like Lawgic and Clio. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a group/team environment required.
