Litigation Experience (First Party Property Insurance Preferred but not Required) required. Trial Experience required. Experience in Taking and Defending Depositions required. Strong Research and Writing Skills required. Strong Marketing Skills required. Great Written & Verbal Skills required. The candidate handles commercial property insurance claims, residential property insurance claims and bad faith claims.
