Family Law Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of family law experience with hands-on experience in handling family law cases including regular motion practice, discovery experience, and ideally some trial experience. Should have experience in client development. A commitment to continuing education and development required. A high degree of energy, integrity and positive perspective is essential. Experience of 1 year in litigation and 2 years in the courtroom preferred.
