Legal Secretary Part-Time The candidate will provide administrative support with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills to efficiently and effectively prioritize and complete tasks on time with limited supervision. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate with clients, attorneys, and staff. Must possess proper judgement to articulate information with diplomacy and professionalism while keeping client/attorney information confidential. Should have Excellent grammar and proofreading skills to prepare emails, letters, and other documents to clients and professionals. Maintain client files and general files administration, including electronic files. Additional duties as assigned by current staff. Should have Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Legal experience, including estate planning, trust administration, probate, contracts and leases preferred. Notary preferred. Experience 1 year (Preferred).
