Part-Time Probate Paralegal The candidate will draft all legal documents and correspondence related to probate cases and handle case from beginning to end. Will have communication with the client. Maintain case management database and e-filing with Florida E-Filing Portal system. Should have 3+ years of experience working as a Probate paralegal at another Florida law firm. College degree preferred. FRP and CLA certifications preferred.
