Open new files, create litigation plans, conduct discovery, make court appearances, and try cases while maintain exceptional client interaction. Should preferably have 2 years of Workers Compensation Attorney experience. Should have 1 year of Legal Research experience. Virginia Bar license is required. DC and Maryland licensed is a plus.
