Workers' Compensation Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate will communicate with court personnel, other attorneys and their assistants, clients, and witnesses. Will assist the injured worker with obtaining and maintaining their workers' compensation benefits, including assisting with appropriate medical care. Draft letters, deposition notices, subpoenas, discovery responses and pre-hearing statements of proof. Maintain calendar, deadlines, depositions, and motion hearings. Should preferably have workers' compensation experience as a paralegal. Strong proficiency with MS Word/Office is needed. Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
