Workers Compensation - Attorney The candidate will be responsible for helping workers who are injured on the job recover compensation for these injuries, including medical bills and lost wages. Must be in good standing with the California Bar Association. 1-2 years experience in Workers Compensation is required. Should have working knowledge of workers compensation laws and procedures. Must have ability to choose home Board for new filings, LA, Van Nuys, Pomona, MDR. Should be familiar with case management software, Microsoft Word Suite, Adobe Pro, and other legal technology. Handle a reasonable caseload with the assistance of an experienced support staff and with our paperless case management system. Represent the interests of injured worker at hearings and depositions. Settle and try cases with mentoring from very experienced attorneys, including Certified Specialists.
