Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate Should have 3+ years of experience in Civil Litigation. Should have a positive attitude, be highly motivated, work well independently and with coworkers, be capable of communicating directly with clients, be reliable, detail-oriented and have a demonstrated ability to perform under strict deadlines with the goal of aggressively moving litigation docket forward under the direction of the attorneys. Must have Knowledge of FL Rules of Civil Procedure and litigation deadlines (both state and federal). Should have familiarity with e-filing and Plaintiff discovery. Proficiency in drafting motions, pleadings, affidavits and responding to discovery is required. Should be skilled at organizing case files, calendaring and managing deadlines. Must have ability to prepare for mediation and trials. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must. Should have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, TrialWorks and WestLaw,.
