Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation. Should preferably have extensive trial work experience at the District Court Level. Must be competent to immediately undertake responsibilities for case intake, evaluation, discovery, deposition, and trial. Must be capable of handling a large case volume and be able to interact effectively with clients. VA Bar preferred. MD and/or DC Bar a plus.
