Part-time Associate Attorney The candidate will have the opportunity to learn civil litigation from the beginning through the end including performing the initial client intake and signup, managing cases, drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to written discovery, attending and taking deposition, preparing and attending court hearings including case management conferences, mandatory settlement conferences, and hearings, drafting and responding to various legal motions including motions in limine, conducting legal and other research, drafting and responding to expert discovery, conducting pre-trial preparation, and ultimately trying cases. Act as the supervising attorney in the office at times when no senior is present. 1 year of experience is preferred.
