Associate Attorney/Of Counsel The candidate responsibilities include: Representing clients in matrimonial/family court matters and commercial litigation. Preparing documents on behalf of clients in matrimonial/family court matters including to prenuptial agreements, pleadings, statements of net worth, pendente lite motions, and discovery demands and responses. Preparing documents on behalf of clients in commercial litigation matters including to pleadings, discovery demands and responses. Advising clients. egotiating settlements. Preparing for and taking depositions. Preparing for, assisting with and conducting trials. Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York at least one year with clean record. Should have previous experience in litigation. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
