Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be involved in all aspects of litigation support including legal research, factual investigation, medical records review, document management, and trial preparation. Will serve as liaison between clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and witnesses. Will also be required to prepare subpoenas; draft discovery documents, correspondence and legal memoranda. Must have 5+ years of experience. Needles experience is a plus.
