Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be requesting records by obtaining authorizations or issuing subpoenas; summarizing medical records and other documentation; scheduling depositions; bates labeling and preparing records for document production; retaining experts; and preparing deposition and trial binders. The candidate must have a Paralegal certificate. Must also have 3-4 years of paralegal experience. Must be detail-oriented and able to work on a team. Should also have litigation support, research experience, and skills.
