Criminal Defense Attorney II The candidate will represent clients in criminal defense proceedings, and advise clients on legal strategies and issues in DUI & other criminal defense matters. Will represent clients in court or before at in DOL proceedings. Prepare and argue legal motions on behalf of clients. Advise clients on legal issues, proceedings and outcomes in their case. Negotiate settlements for DUI, Infractions and other matters. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to managing caseload and reporting with the assistance of paralegals and clio practice management software. The candidate should have previous experience in criminal law. Must have familiarity with DOL hearings and Infractions. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
