Litigation Paralegal The candidate will manage assigned cases and their related tasks and projects from case inception through discovery, trial, post-trial proceedings, and case closure. Assist with client document collection and witness interviews, including preparation for same. Assist in propounding discovery and other statutory requests; assist attorneys with document review and production; prepare and review case files; discovery and trial documents in all aspects of case management. Prepare complex wage and hour analyses in Excel. Deposition and trial preparation and support. Work with Litigation Support to insure that electronic files are collected, reviewed, and managed in accordance with Firm standards. Should have 5+ years of substantive litigation experience. Experience with employment/ wage & hour litigation is a plus. E-filing experience in state and federal courts is required.
