Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will communicate effectively and professionally with clients and parties involved in a lawsuit over telephone and in person. Will assist lawyers in preparing trials. Gather discovery. Review and draft discovery requests/responses. Request any reports, records or documents needed for cases. Draft legal documents such as affidavits and pleadings. Request medical records and bills. Report to the office manager as needed, as well as attend weekly or quarterly staff meetings. The candidate should have a high school degree or equivalent paralegal experience. Must have 3+ years of experience. Should have experience in handling personal injury matters involving automobile accidents at the circuit and district court levels. Other minimum qualifications include: knowledge of MS Office and basic technological and research skills necessary to pull requested documents from online resources.
