Paralegal The candidate will be reviewing, analyzing and summarizing the case and medical records. Legal and factual research, cross-checking and validating information, editing legal forms and formatting documents, e-filing. Assisting the attorneys in the identification and preparation of expert witnesses, challenging opposing experts, and trial work. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline or an Associate's degree in paralegal studies is required.
