Immigration Paralegal Responsibilities: Preparation of multiple O and P NIV cases for supervising Attorneys, which includes collection of all required information from clients, and research of new publicity in both English and Spanish languages. Prepare affidavits, responses to inquiries from USCIS and other government agencies. Maintaining client communication to update clients on status of requests made to them. Assisting supervising Attorneys with document and information collection from multiple clients. Translating documents from Spanish to English.
Qualifications: Must have an Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree, and/or a Paralegal Certificate with 2 years of experience. 2+ years experience working in a law firm. Strong writing skills. Microsoft Word/Excel and PowerPoint knowledge. Strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment well with others. Experienced and bilingual (Spanish) immigration paralegal to join our expanding team.
