Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for legal oversight of Texas creditor's rights matters. Will be managing a high-volume portfolio of regulatory matters. Hearing appearances to represent our clients at court hearings (live and telephonic). Legal Research, memo drafting, attendance of departmental and attorney meetings. Must have 1+ year of jurisdiction experience in creditor's rights matters. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school required. Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas preferred. Admittance in all 4 Federal District Courts within the state needed.
