Business Immigration Paralegal The Candidate will be responsible for preparation of petitions, with a specific focus on H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, O-1, E-2, PERM, AOS and I-140. Perform client intake, confer with attorneys to develop case strategy, and offer client support including updating and managing status reports with employer clients. Must have 2+ years of business immigration (employment based, H, L, TN, PERM, etc.) experience. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding organizational and time management skills, experience with case management software, and be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment.
