Associate Attorney The candidate' is a case management position and responsibilities include: Taking and defending depositions; Propounding and responding to written discovery; Court appearances and second chair trial work; Frequent travel; Should have excellent legal research and writing abilities; Experience with legal research and interview skills and techniques is preferred Should have ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and an enthusiastic desire to work as part of a team on behalf of injured clients; 3+ years of plaintiff-side experience preferred.
