Plaintiff Paralegal The candidate should be a medical malpractice paralegal with 3+ years of experience. Should be a self starter, skilled in drafting documents in final form including summons and complaints, bills of particulars, discovery demands and responses, motions, surrogates filings, etc. Excellent client communications skills are needed. Should have exceptionally strong computer skills, be proficient in Word and have the ability to type at or around 70 wpm.
