Legal Secretary The candidate tasks will include working with attorneys, paralegals and other members of the firm with a series of administrative functions. Should have effective time managements and organizational skills coupled with the ability to be detail oriented. Must be able to interact with clients and working in a team setting. Administrative functions such answering phones, managine multiple attorney's calendars, maintaining client files. First point of contact/representative for clients. Other duties as assigned. Must have High school degree or equivalent experience. Should have strong organizational and communication skills. Should be detail-oriented. Must be self-starter Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
